Hi DBM,

I would like to request clarification on how we can access the Budget and Treasury Management System (BTMS). According to online info, it was supposed to be launched in FY 2017. However, the website www.btms.gov.ph is currently not working.

Response to Request

In view of the changes in the strategic direction of the envisioned Integrated Financial Management Information System under the Public Financial Management (PFM) Reform Roadmap, the use, rollout, and further development of BTMS are indefinitely suspended effective August 1, 2021. Also enclosed herewith is the BTMS Advisory No. 2021-08 as your reference.
