2.) The allotment of the fiscal budget of Sapang, Bayambang, Pangasinan.

Thank you for your request dated 17 January 2024, under the Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) or the Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

We have received your request for information regarding the IRA of barangay Sapang in the municipality of Bayambang, province of Pangasinan, on 18 January 2024.

Please be informed that starting in the FY 2022 General Appropriations Act (GAA), the nomenclature in lieu of the term “Internal Revenue Allotment” (IRA) shall be “National Tax Allotment” (NTA) consistent with the Supreme Court Decision on the Mandanas - Garcia Case.
