Dear Mr. Orfanel:

This refers to your Request for Information (RFI) dated November 28, 2020 which was received by this Office from the FOI Officer of DBM Central Office on December 3, 2020, asking for a copy of the approved NOSCA by DBM which was forwarded by DEPED ROV on October 16, 2020.

Per records of this Office, we have released/transmitted the approved NOSCA No. 0502020-10-027 on October 20, 2020 effective not earlier than October 16, 2020.

Scanned copy of our transmittal letter and said approved NOSCA, together with the Notice of Full Grant (Annex E) are hereto attached, for your reference.
