Thanks in advance for looking after this request. I am a concerned citizen (an OFW) and interested to know the budget and spending of my loca government particulary on the public health sector so I was hoping this request might help me understand why  many of my kababayans seek help from neighboring province instead when it comes to public health.
1. Budget allocations and spending of the local govt of Marinduque for the last 5 years, hoping to including the public health sector, and/or
2. Budget and spending specific to public health in the local govt of Marinduque, for the same time period.
