To whom it may concern,

I am Angelo Casalan, a statistician for a non-profit researching on conflict in ARMM.  I am kindly requesting for tax remittance advice (TRA) receipts amount for the whole ARMM region for each year of 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. 

TRA are receipts of revenues collected automatically by the country's Large Taxpayers Office, BIR, from businessmen bidding and winning contracts, mainly infrastructure rehabilitation and others from national government and foreign donor agencies.
