1) Cebu City audited financial statements and supporting notes/schedules, 2009 to 2019; 2020 budget. 

2) Capital development expenditures, 2009 to date by project/program.

You asked for Cebu City Financial Data.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. May we note that the DBM’s primary function over certain LGUs such as the City of Cebu is to review its Appropriation Ordinances covering the respective Annual or Supplemental Budgets only. 

Foregoing considered, may we suggest that you refer the matter raised directly to the City of Cebu, the Commission on Audit, and/or the Bureau of Local Government Finance as oversight of financial information of government agencies such as LGUs are within their respective functional jurisdiction.
