hello po..pwde po kami mag request ng SARO/NCA..kasi po nag retired po kami march 10,2017 compulsory po.. and 4yrs. na po namin hinihintay ang lumpsum differential 2017 po namin..and until now  wala pa po..marami na pong namatay sa kasamahan namin at hindi na po nila ma receive ang kanilang claims lumpsum differential 2017..sana po mapondohan na po itong lumpsum differential 2017 namin..God bless po especially sa family ninyo po..be safe..

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 22, 2021 03:52:09 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for lumpsum differential 2017.

Please be informed that the DND-AFP has yet to submit a Special Budget Request to this Department covering the adjustment of Retirement Gratuity Pay of Retired MUP as a result of JR No. 1.  Relatedly, we suggest that you coordinate first with the agency concerned for verification of facts, and/or appropriate action on this matter.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
