Dear Karla Mae Pineda,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated November 9, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch requesting an update on the issuance of NOSCA for the upgrading of your position based on your approved ERF last October, 2023. 

We would like to inform you that DepEd ROIII has submitted requests for issuance of Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) of teachers with approved ERF, MT, and Reclassification of positions. Upon checking on the lists, your name was not yet included.

In view hereof, we will refer your concern to Department of Education–Division Office of Pampanga as they are in the best position to answer your query.
