Good day!

I am a government employee and I am quite confuse with some stipulations in EO 77.
Please clarify the authorized meal allowance under Section 6(b) (Travel within the 50km radius from the permanent official station) of EO No. 77.

In our case, the permanent station is in NCR thus DTE is 2,200. Meal allowance is 660. 
The question, is the 660php divided into three meals per day? So if we avail the meal allowance for lunch only (9am-3pm field work), are we allowed for 220php?

Moreover, is there a time spent/working hr guideline for each meal: breakfast, lunch & dinner?

This refers to your query on the implementation of Executive Order No. 77 with regard  to the payment of daily travel expenses for official travel within the 50-kilometer radius zone from the permanent official station.

May we highlight that under Section 21 of the said EO, agency heads are directed to cause the preparation and issuance of the internal guidelines on official travels of their respective personnel in order to address the agency peculiarities, etc.

Hence, we suggest that you coordinate directly with the responsible official(s) in your agency with regard to your concern.
