You asked for DBM Issuance on the Honorarium for Local Government Units Officials and Employees.

Attached are the existing DBM issuances with regard to the grant of honoraria to government personnel for their involvement in special projects, for serving as resource speaker/lecturer, for participation in procurement activities,, as well as the grant of honoraria to the Governing Boards of collegial bodies.
