Hi! 

For Job Order Worker/Contract of Service, which salary grade table should our Human Resource Office use, the current year's or previous year's salary grade table? Can I also request any DBM issuances which serve as basis of implementation?

This refers to your query on which salary grade table should be adopted for job order/contract of service workers.

The rules and regulations on the engagement of job order/contract of service workers in the government are prescribed under Commission on Audit (COA) -Department of Budget and Management (DBM)  Joint Circular (JC) No. 2, s. 2020, as amended by COA-DBM JC No. 2, s. 2022.

For your ready reference, attached are copies of the aforesaid Circulars.
