Good day!
i would like to inquire regarding the Position of Nutritionist-Dietitian posted in the local budget circular 137 which only includes Nutritionist-Dietitian I, II, III
whereas at the Budget Circular 2018-4; position for Nutritionist-Dietitian includes;
Nutritionist-Dietitian I, II, III, IV, V
May i humbly ask which circular must be followed?
i have a pending application for the Position of Nutritionist-Dietitian V at our LGU's Hospital and our HR has rejected my application due to the LBC no. 137.

May we highlight that LGUs are to adopt the IOS under LBC No. 137 which is designed specifically for their use.  The IOS under BC No. 2018-4 are primarily designed for the use of national government agencies.
