My dissertation, with the Australian National University explains the persistence of particularistic spending in the post-Marcos period, from 1986 to 2016. While I have the data on CDF/PDAF releases from 1989 until 1998 and from 2009 to 2013, the requested years are not available in the old DBM link. Will appreciate your response. Rest assured that the data would be used solely for academic purposes. An example of the summary data available in the previous DBM link is attached.
