You asked for Priority Development Assistance Fund scam.

Response to Request

Considering that your request entails factual validation, we can only provide you the DBM releases on the PDAF during the subject fiscal year which may be found under the following link:

May we likewise refer you to the Supreme court decision in the case of Greco Antonious Beda B. Belgica, et al., vs. Honorable Secretary Paquito N. Ochoa, Jr., et al. (G.R. No. 208566 ), declaring PDAF as unconstitutional.

Your right to request a review
