Dear Roland Mendrez,

This refers to your request for an update as regards the status of the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) of Mr. R Mendrez and Ms. M. Cuartero in view of their respective approved Equivalents Record Form (ERF). 

Please be informed that the processing of the ERF, as well as the issuance of the attendant NOSCA, has already been delegated to the DBM Regional Offices (ROs).  

Hence, it is suggested that you coordinate directly with the concerned DBM RO as regards your concern.
