on my previous query re: implementation of the SC ruling regarding entry level of SG 15 for govt. nurses, below is your answer,

...The DBM will issue the attendant Circular for the proper implementation of the SC ruling once said Decision becomes final and executory.

My follow up question is that, the SC-Public Info Office received the SC decision copy on Nov. 13, 2019.  Question, when will be the decision become final and executory?

The necessary guidelines for the proper implementation of the compensation adjustment for nurses in public health institutions will be issued by the Department once the decision becomes final and executory with due consideration to its fiscal implication and consequential effects to other medical and allied health professionals.
