I am Ric P. Jervoso, a Teacher of Mahaplag National High School-Upper ( transferring of station to MacArthur NHS). 

I would just like to follow up the requested NOSCA in your office if it has been sent already to the DEPED REGION VIII / DEPED-LEYTE since the request has been resubmitted to your office already last December 04, 2023 and until now no NOSCA  is received by the DEPED-LEYTE office. I am asking your immediate favorable response to this matter.
