Good day! I applied for ERF from Teacher I to Teacher III last September 2022 and last month I checked the Plantilla and it was already updated from Teacher 1 to Techer III. I would like to inquire for my NOSCA from your good office.
 My name is Angelica D. Gasid from San Vicente School of Fisheries, Division of Northern Samar, Region VIII.

Dear ANGELICA GASID,

Greetings!

This pertains to your requesting copy of a NOSCA in connection with the approved reclassification from Teacher I to Teacher III.

Please be informed that since the NOSCA has already been issued to DepEd Division of Northern Samar, the same shall be obtained from the concerned DepEd Division office being the proper agency.

Anent this, may we respectfully suggest to visit DepEd Division of Northern Samar for their consideration and/or appropriate action.
