Hi! I am John Leo Claus from Anao High school, Schools Division of Tarlac Province, Region III.  I am here to follow up NOSCA for my approved ERF application. My papers were approved last October 2020. I looking for your positive response.

Dear John Leo Claus,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated April 28, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch relative to the issuance of NOSCA on your approved ERF.

Please be informed that the corresponding Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) is held in abeyance for the upgrading of your position based on the implementation of approved Equivalent Record Forms (ERFs) pursuant to Circular Letter No. 84-4 as the appointment or hiring of new employees, creation or filling up of new positions; promotions or giving increase in salary or renumeration or privilege for the period covering March 25, 2022 to May 8, 2022 is among those prohibited activities in connection to the conduct of the May 9, 2022 National and Local Elections pursuant to Section 261[g] of Batas Pambansang Bilang (BP Blg.) 881, as amended by Republic Act (RA) No. 7166 and implementation of Commission of Elections (COMELEC) Resolution No. 10695 promulgated on February 10, 2021. 

Rest assured of the immediate release of NOSCA upon lifting of election ban.
