Hi, Good day.

I am a permanent faculty member here in one of the State Universities in Caraga Region. I just wish to inquire if when would be the possible release of the Joint DBM-CHED Guidelines for the implementation of NBC 461 Cycle 8 for us to be guided on our promotion/reclassification filing. May we also ask for a copy of the said if its already available? Thank you.
