You asked for RA 7171 Fund of Galimuyod, Ilocos Sur 2018-2019.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of (i) the total shares received by the Municipality of Galimuyod in the Province of Ilocos Sur from FY 2017 to present from the collections of excise tax on locally manufactured Virginia-type cigarettes under RA No. 7171  chargeable against the Allocations to LGUs under the FY 2016 General Appropriations Act (GAA), RA No. 10717, Continuing Appropriations, FY 2017 GAA, RA No. 10924, and FY 2018 GAA, RA No. 10964, Continuing Appropriations. However, please note that no fund utilization report was received by this Bureau from the said Municipality.
