Hi! I would like to request for the following documents necessary for undertaking my academic research. To bolster my request, I would like to mention transparency as a governing principle of procurement system in the Philippines under Sec 3, IRR, RA 9184.  The following documents needed are:

1. 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Agency Procurement Compliance and Performance Indicator (APCPI) Results of the Development Bank of the Phil
2. 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Audited Financial Statements of Development Bank of the Phil

Your Request

You asked for 2018 to 2022 APCPI results and Financial statements of DBP.

Response to Request

With reference to your FOI request, kindly be informed that the APCPI is only required to be submitted to the Government Procurement Policy Board. As such, pertinent clearance from the President and CEO shall be secured in order for said document to be released. For documentation purposes, we request a separate email at info@dbp.ph indicating the specific purpose/need for such document. 

Meanwhile, kindly be informed that you may access DBP’s 2018 to 2022 Audited Financial Statements via the Bank’s Transparency Seal page at https://www.dbp.ph/dbp-transparency-seal-2/corporate-governance/ (kindly refer to Items C.1 and C.4).

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing toinfo@dbp.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
