2) Relevant demographics and statistics of Filipino arts and design
3) Relevant statistics of the creative economy of the Philippines
4) Proposal of Development of Creative Hubs in the Philippines

I refer to my letter of Mar 13, 2022 10:10:47 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Design Guidelines for Creative Hubs.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Your questions are quite general and vague and we may need some specifics. In particular, Question #1, are you referring to architectural/structural guidelines? This question may be addressed to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), which is the office responsible for policies and guidelines on construction - you may refer to your local LGU, too for this information. Questions 2-3-4 are also vague and very general. What specific data do you need? Re Question #4, are you asking if there are existing proposals for the development of creative hubs? It would be helpful to know specific information you need so that we can assist in directing you to the right agencies. The NCCA is responsible for the arts. The DTI Competitiveness and Innovation Group is the lead in the creative economy. The Design Center is currently  working on the report of the design mapping. You may want to visit the Design Center and talk to the project lead of the design mapping but we will appreciate a request letter from you addressed to our Executive Director, Maria Rita O. Matute. Please outline the purpose of your visit and the specific information you need.
