You asked for an Internal Audit Structure.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of our Office Order No. 093 Series of 2023 Designating Point Person for the Internal Audit System of the Design Center of the Philippines to support the information you requested.  The Design Center has just recently constituted the Point Person per this Office Order and we are in the process of seeking the assistance of the DTI-Internal Audit System (IAS) in this process.  The DCP Office Order provides for the highest agency officer on top of the system and its supporting personnel from different units. Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to DCP's Deputy Executive Director Lucky Lopez at his email: lucky.lopez@designcenter.gov.ph. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
