Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:

1. Architectural Design Guidelines on primary healthcare clinics and fitness center in the Philippines.
2. List of spaces needed for fitness health center facilities.
3. Laws and ordinance supporting fitness center with primary health care.
4. Manual guidelines designing a fitness center with primary care.
5. Total statistic data of non communicable diseases in Zamboanga City from year 2015 to 2020
