Dear Daniel Managa,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 14, 2022 03:13:43 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Creative Hub Design.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [some/most/all] of the information you requested.

Please note that we are only able to provide the offices that might help you with the information you have requested as follows:
1. There are no hard and fast rules or guidelines in the design of creative hubs as the design will depend on the purpose and intent of the creative hubs. You may want to approach the DPWH at depw.gov.ph and/or you LGU to inquire about programs and/or support for creative hubs.
2. Re demographics on arts and design. This request is quite vague. You need to zero in the specific data you need, as all government agencies observe data privacy and will require the specific data and purpose/intent on use of data. However, you may inquire with the National Commission on Culture and the Arts at ncca.gov.ph for data on the arts, and you may write to MARIA RITA O. MATUTE, Executive Director at info@designcenter.gov.ph for data on design.
3. You may write to the DTI's Competitiveness and Innovation Group at ouci@dti.gov.ph for data on the creative economy. Again, please be specific with the data you are requesting and your intent.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Alfredo E. Pascual at Secretary@dti.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Thank you.

Respectfully,

Mary Josephine Cruz
FOI Receiving Officer
