Good day. I'm Dr Abbi Llamido. I'm writing from the Office for Health Laboratories under the DOH. I recently viewed the Statistics page in your website (www.ddb.gov.ph/research-statistics/statistics). May we request for the following data: 
1. 2017, 2018, 2019 admissions with regional breakdown
2. list of reporting facilities with addresses
3. most commonly abused drugs (expressed in percentages) with regional breakdown

We urgently need the information above and we hope to receive the data set as soon as possible. You can forward the file/s to akbllamido@doh.gov.ph or ohl@doh.gov.ph.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 21, 2021 08:27:58 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for 2017, 2018, 2019 Statistics.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the available information you requested for the following:
a.  5-year admission by region (2016 to 2020)
b.  latest directory of treatment and rehabilitation centers 
c.  5 year most commonly abused drugs 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Catalino S. Cuy, CEO VI at info@ddb.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
