Good day. I am Von Karlo Masongsong, a chemical engineering student from Malayan Colleges Laguna. We are currently designing a methylamine chemical manufacturing plant in the country and we are aware that methylamines (monomethylamine, dimethylamine, trimethylamine) are precursors to the synthesis of illicit drugs. I would just like to ask if there is a limit in the production of the said chemical and if there are requirements for a large production in the country (> 30,000 Metric tons).  Your response will be a huge help for us in completing our research and our plant design course. Thank you
