Hi i would like to request for a refund. I did't receive any confirmation from DFA this coming January 17, 2022 worth 2000 pesos. I really need that money for me to process my passport again. DFSM5XXJU8 and DFY51BWLM1 my reference number and my email: leteciaramos24@gmail.com

Please be advised that your request cannot be categorized as an FOI request. As mentioned in the Terms and Conditions on the DFA Passport Appointment website, all fees are non-refundable and fees shall be forfeited for applicants who cancel their appointment.
