Dear, Ma'am / Sir

I am an OFW working in Saudi Arabia and i will be in the Philippines on May for 3 weeks. I am planning to take my Baby with me in Saudi Arabia but for him to get a Visa, he needs his Birth Certificate to be Apostilled or else we cannot get him a Visa. Now, i am always checking the DFA site but there is no appointment. I wish you will allow me to walk in when i reach Philippines already to process his Birth certificate as my time in the Philippines is very limited only..
