Request of Contract Between APO Production Inc. and DFA particularly the "DFA Appointment System"

Requested from DFA by J. Domingo at 12:42 PM on Jul 19, 2018.
Purpose: use this document to scrutinize if APO Production's contract does not serve Filipinos Interest
Date of Coverage: 06/17/2016 - 07/19/2018
Tracking no: #DFA-422520294625

Hi! I would like to request for the Contract between DFA and APO Production Inc. regarding

1.) DFA Passport Appointment System. I had found out that the company that prints our passport is the same company that handles the DFA Appointment System. We all know that its hard to almost impossible to get online appoint on DFA offices. According to this site (http://www.passport.com.ph/) the DFA Passport Appointment System was given to APO Production Inc. on June 17, 2016. The reason I would like to get hold of the contract is for me to find out if its a midnight contract or conflict of interest

I am not surprise that your good office was not able to obtain on time the document I am requesting. Before I ask your good office for the said document I already requested the same document to the Office of the Secretary Cayetano of the DFA dated June 21, 2018. Then after 3 weeks I was given a paper by the Office of the Sec. Cayetano that their office requested the document I am requesting to DFA Aseana. I did go to the office of DFA Aseana to get the paper that I requested but they refuse to give it to me so I ask your office for the said document. But they are also refusing to give the same document to you that is if the said document is really in existence. I just wonder how could a document that is presumably in existence had taken that long to make a copy. Does it mean they do not have photo copying machine in DFA Aseana where the document is stored. Or it is a direct insubordination to the EO of the president. Please enforce the Executive Order No. 2 of the president for God Sake please enforce it
