On behalf of our client PETRON CORPORATION (the “Company”), we are requesting from your esteemed office 6 certified true copies of the Agreement Between the Asian Development Bank and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines Regarding the Headquarters of the Asian Development Bank (“ADB Agreement”) 

This request is made in relation to the Company's administrative and judicial claims for refund of its erroneously or illegally paid excise taxes for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021, pursuant to 204(C) and 229 of the National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC) of 1997, as amended.
