Hi, I would like to know how victims of illegal recruitment can obtain assistance through the ATN Legal Assistance Fund. A number of victims of human trafficking and illegal recruitment have asked various Consulates in different jurisdictions but have yet to obtain a clear response about what are the requirements, process, and standards for obtaining access to the ATN Legal Assistance Fund.

Given that the fund is 1 billion pesos in size, are there any audits, accounting documents, or disbursement records that would show the utilisation of the fund broken down by different consulates/reasons?
