The Embassy of the Philippines(New Delhi) has a clarification of CHED stating that BS course done in India is not recognized by CHED but a college operating says it is legal as they have all the permission from CHED and the embassy recognises their operation in India.
Can u tell me whether this clarification uploaded by embassy in new delhi is true of not as embassy is not replying to my emails.
