We are in the process of preparing the Financials for our proposal for the Build-Operate-Transfer Project (Paperless and Cyber Security) of the Department of Information and Communication Department (DICT). Relative to this,  we would like to request the ff:

1. Total number of Philippine Passport Holders
2.Total number of average Passport Application/Renewals for the year

Response to your request 

We have not received clearance from the concerned office to release your requested information despite numerous follow-ups. In this regard, we wish to refer you to Section 5.8 of the FOI Manual:
