Hi,
I want to know the DFA's acceptance of the Educational Document for Student Visa.

1. Does DFA accepts those Educational Qualifications of an Institution that has a study center in another country and has been awarding students educational qualification without permission from the local education regulatory body?

2. Does DFA accepts apostille on the Educational Qualifications awarded by an Institute from the Country where their Study Center is located instead of the country where the Institution Main Campus is located?

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we wish to inform you that the Freedom of Information Program is for the exclusive use of Filipino Citizens. Nonetheless, we want to state that documents issued by competent authorities belonging to states party to the Convention of 5 October 1961  Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents shall be honored by treaty signatories.
