Hi! I am PJ Serra, a researcher from UP Diliman. 

I would like to request archival documents relating to health diplomacy of the Philippines from 1945 to present, specifically  bilateral and multilateral agreements, treatises and conventions about public health and other related documents.

I am currently working on a research paper about the topic  at hand which is bound to be presented in a conference this coming July, 2023.
