Request to refund canceled appointment.

Requested from DFA by Y. JUNG at 11:31 PM on Jan 25, 2024.
Purpose: Request of refund in order to pay for a new rescheduled appointment.
Date of Coverage: 01/23/2024 - 01/25/2024
Tracking no: #DFA-477327024608

JUNG 11:31 PM, Jan 25, 2024

Hi, I would like to request a refund for my cancellation of an appointment through Maya. I have canceled my appointment in order to re-schedule, but during my process of re-scheduling, there is no visible option of a re-schedule button on the website so I had to cancel it to re-schedule my appointment.

During the process of choosing another date of appointment, it seems to be that there would be a payment again, and I thought that the previous appointment that I have cancelled would be refunded.

Sincerely yours,
Jung, Yun Sun M.
