I am writing this formal letter to respectfully request the rescheduling of my upcoming apostille appointment, which is currently scheduled for June 28, 2023. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to attend the appointment as originally planned. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If necessary, I am more than willing to provide any additional information or documentation to support this rescheduling request. Please let me know if there are any specific procedures or forms that I need to follow in order to complete this rescheduling process.
