1. Loan agreement on New Centennial Water Source Kaliwa Dam Project;
2. Commercial contract of Safe Philippines Project Phase 1;
3. Commercial contract of the New Centennial Water Source Kaliwa Dam Project; and
4. Contract for the project management consultancy of the Philippine National South Longhaul Project North-South Railway Project

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Your request pertains to loan and infrastructure agreements. Memorandum Circular No. 16, series of 2017, directs all departments to coordinate with the Department of Finance (DOF) on matters pertaining to loans, grants and guarantees.

Upon evaluation of your request, bearing in mind that the DOF is the repository of all loan agreements, permission to access the subject loan agreement must, therefore, be obtained from the DOF.

Your right to request a review
