the report to congress is the report submitted to the congress Philippine foreign posts located in countries hosting Filipino migrant workers. the report shall not be limited to the following information: (A) Masterlist of filipino migrant workers, and inventory of pending cases involving them and other Filipino Nationals including those serving prison terms. (b) working conditions of filipino migrant workers.
