1)Number of Japanese residing in the Philippines

2)Number of Japanese studying in the Philippines

3)Number of Student Visas issued to Japanese

4)Number of Working Visas issued to Japanese

Requesting yearly data for this starting from 2015.

You asked for the Number of Japanese in the Philippines and the Number of Visas issued to Japanese from 2015 - present.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The visa policy of the Philippines is governed by Commonwealth Act No. 613, also known as the Philippine Immigration Act, and by subsequent legislation amending it. In this regard, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) is the repository of the information requested. You may wish to contact BI at (632) 8-465-2400, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal.

Your right to request a review
