Hi! I'm writing a request in behalf of my cousin. 

She wishes to cancel her passport application appointment. She broke her foot last week and is not able to walk without support. She is still in bed rest and was advise for the next 2 weeks or so. She lives and currently in Pangasinan and the appointment is still in Taguig (SM Aura). She won't be able to travel in my condition. Is there anyway to cancel and refund the payment?
