Good afternoon po.

1. May I ask po if my grandfather/grandmother is allowed to get my passport on my behalf on the release date of the passport?

2. And I would also like to know if I can get my passport on a later date (e.g. July 15) than what is specified as the release day (e.g. July 8)?
