Hello dfa good pm. Last friday po November 12, 2021 nag pay po ako ng passport application ko po thru 7/11 but until now wala pa po akong natangap na confirmation email po. This day (November 16, 2021) 3pm po yung schedule ko po. I tried calling your main hotline number po but always busy po yung line. What should I do po? Wala na akong other vacant day po… this day lng po yung off duty ko.
