This is to make a request to please cancel my 1st schedule of appointment to renew me & my kids passport and the said set 1st schedule was on last January 16, 2023 of Monday.

Issues encountered after done the said cancellation using the mobile apps:
1.) Cancelled the said 1st set of scheduled last January but no confirmation received that the said scheduled is already cancelled.
2.) Doing the next appointment for renewal of passport but the system generated data will require us to cancelled the said 1st appointment done before proceeding to the said renewal.

Any update to my request cause we want to apply for our renewal of our passport. The said request is for us to proceed to apply on line the said appointment.

Please be advised that your request cannot be categorized as an FOI request. 

However, you may wish to contact the DFA Appointment Hotline for assistance at (02) 8-234-3488 or email passportconcerns@dfa.gov.ph regarding your concern. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to opcd.div2@dfa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
