Hi i would like to request for a refund. I accidentally cancelled my passpprt ppointment this coming june 3,2022 worth 1000 pesos. I really need that money for me to process my passport again. Here is the appointment code. 00042022060300384

Please be advised that your request cannot be categorized as an FOI request. As mentioned in the Terms and Conditions on the DFA Passport Appointment website, all fees are non-refundable and fees shall be forfeited for applicants who cancel their appointment.
