Dear mam/sir,
I am Christopher Agacia, i was repatriated between august 19,2014 to august 21, 2014 due to gulf war in Libya, i did not get police clearance due to safety issues before we left Libya. I want to request any copy of certificate of repatriation or proof of repatriation as my supporting document to prove my statement that I was repatriated while i am applying my visa abroad. It is impossible to me now to get police clearance in libya because I am already here in the Philippines and I do not have any relatives or friends staying in Libya to ask for help.
