i would like to request an appointment for psa birth certificate and cenomar apostille but i cannot find any website or any choices to book an appointment please help me

In view of the current health crisis, only applicants who are fully vaccinated may walk-in; those who are partially vaccinated or unvaccinated have to secure an appointment.
