Hi, I would like to request for an appointment slot at DFA Cebu so I can renew my passport. 
While I am in Cebu I wish I could renew my passport but it is very difficult to get the slot. The appointment schedule is always fully booked.  I am going back to Tanzania on October14, 2021.
My passport will be less than 6 months or might expire in my next home leave. I hope my request will be considered favorably.
